- Shipping:
- US Customers: Prepaid return label available ($7 deducted from refund).
- International Customers: Customer pays return shipping.
- Send Package: Include the completed return form with your items.
Refunds
- Processing Time: 5–10 business days after receipt.
- Method: Original payment or store credit (customer’s choice).
Exchanges
- Not available online—return for refund and place a new order.
Faulty Items
- Report within 7 days of delivery with photos via Support Portal.
- Free return shipping for verified defects.
