  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale”)
    • Used or damaged products
    • Items without original packaging

How to Return

  1. Initiate Return: Log in to your account at premiumunderwears.com and complete the return form.
  2. Shipping:
    • US Customers: Prepaid return label available ($7 deducted from refund).
    • International Customers: Customer pays return shipping.
  3. Send Package: Include the completed return form with your items.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days after receipt.
  • Method: Original payment or store credit (customer’s choice).

Exchanges

  • Not available online—return for refund and place a new order.

Faulty Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos via Support Portal.
  • Free return shipping for verified defects.
